Welcome to the Scrapzone Conference. By attending or registering for the Scrapzone Conference, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for or attending the Scrapzone Conference, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these Terms and Conditions, you may not register for or attend the conference.

2. Conference Registration

Registration for the Scrapzone Conference is subject to availability. Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of unforeseen circumstances as determined by the conference organizers. Full details regarding refunds will be provided in the event registration confirmation email.

3. Conference Conduct

Attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner throughout the conference. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of discrimination will not be tolerated and may result in expulsion from the conference.

4. Liability

Scrapzone Conference organizers and sponsors are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to attendees, including but not limited to, personal injury, loss of property, or financial loss, arising from or in connection with the conference. Attendees are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

5. Intellectual Property

All materials presented at the Scrapzone Conference, including presentations, handouts, and other materials, are the property of the respective presenters or Scrapzone Conference organizers. Attendees are granted a limited license to use these materials for personal use only, and may not reproduce, distribute, or otherwise use these materials for commercial purposes without explicit written permission from the copyright holder.

6. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

7. Changes to Terms

Scrapzone Conference organizers reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the conference website.
